    Branch Assist


    The RJMW Branch Assist Division provides experienced examiners and desk adjusters to our carrier clients during times of large claim events.
    Most often the need arises out of a major catastrophe.Branch Assist examiners and desk adjusters deploy to the offices of the carrier client.

    Our team works on client systems in client offices, using client processes and guidelines. We examine incoming reports provided by field adjusters.
    We apply coverage, review estimates, correspond with field adjusters, pay claims, close claims and maintain communication with the insured
    throughout the adjusting process.

    Our team will perform any and all aspects of the claim adjustment process as needed and/or specified by the client. When a catastrophe happens
    and/or anytime your staff is overwhelmed, allow us to branch assist.

    Third Party Administration


    RJMW offers a Third Party Administration division as part of our list of services. RJMW is a nationwide, full service, multi-line TPA with custom designed programs for each client. Working with clients we develop a custom solution for their TPA needs both large and small.

    This TPA is staffed by our experienced staff and works with our nationwide network of Property Adjusters to help us respond to our clients needs. We integrate programs for single territory clients or manage complex claims management programs across multiple locations. We use our central hub in Charlotte, NC for overall co-ordination and centralized management information.

    RJMW provides Crisis Management Catastrophe Planning services. This service prepares our client carriers in dealing with a variety of
    undesirable outcomes when disaster strikes. We provide planning to handle the inevitabilities
    of catastrophe from a position of proactive strength. The following steps are used to best craft a targeted, customized plan to best suit your need.

    Training


    RJMW Claim Services believes strongly in training and adjuster development.To this end we have built a state of
    the art training facility at our corporate headquarters.The facility consists of two high tech multimedia
    classrooms and a training structure.The training structure is a free standing house designed to enable hands on training.
    One of the training focuses is construction material identification. The training house was built using a multitude
    of construction materials.Each elevation of the exterior has a different cladding. Each room of the interior has a different
    floor material, wall material, etc.The roof has 11 different coverings.

    The building also contains a multitude of cut aways which reveal typically unseen construction elements and
    processes such as roof/wall framing, layers involved with stucco applications, layers involved in lath/plaster
    applications, etc.These elements enable us to familiarize our adjusters the various types of building
    materials they will encounter in the field and the constructions processes involved with their installation.
    We also use the structure to conduct training on proper scoping techniques, roof safety and a number of other topics.
